Previous coFounder of Curated Equal - A Black business subscription box service. She is dedicated to the uplifting & elevating of our community, through a focus on Black business and community action.
Experienced executive and leader with a demonstrated history of working in Tribal government and federal government relations and advocacy, non- profit management, and grants management. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Policy Analysis, Government Relations, Nonprofit Management, and Conference Planning and Speaking.
Experienced executive with over 20 years of experience specializing in program and project management as it relates to healthcare business operations and strategic planning. Nickema is skilled at facilitating collaborations that drive priorities and programs forward yielding positive results while being committed to the personal growth of others.
Manager with over 20 years of accounting experience in general accounting, program/grants management, financial reporting and analysis, budget forecasting, audit, and payroll.
Forward-thinking executive with over 15 years of public & private sector health care and social service experience. Expertise in strategic planning, community relations and program implementation.
